Suzzette and David – Houston Museum of Natural Science
Before I leave today I wanted to post this great spring wedding. Suzzette and David married on March 28 at the Houston Museum of Natural Science. The wedding was lots of fun! Suzzette and David met before the ceremony at the Rose Garden, it was a very sweet and emotional moment. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful, right at sunset time and followed with a fabulous reception at the lobby of the museum. Thanks to Danyett Baxter from Two Be Wed and Leslie Goode from the Museum for doing a great job coordinating the wedding. Here’s a list of the vendors that helped this wedding turn out beautiful. Enjoy the photos!

Chloe Madison Black - Houston Baby Photography
Here are a couple of photos from Chloe's baby session. She has the cutest smile, and such great eyes! Loved how well these photos complement her mom's (Nadia Black) maternity session.

Amanda and James – Austin, Texas
Last March I went to Austin to photograph Amanda and James wedding. They had their ceremony and reception at Vintage Villas (www.vintagevillas.com), a beautiful location for outdoor weddings with a gorgeous view of Lake Travis. I love photographing lots of details and this wedding was perfect on this. I had lots of favorites so it was hard to narrow it down, here are my top faves.

Meet the ladies from Cakewalk Style – Gina Cartwright and Jennifer Grigsby
Hi! I know I’m so behind on posting, have a couple of cute weddings and portraits to post really soon, but didn’t want to waste anymore time to introduce you to the ladies behind Cakewalk Style.
Gina Cartwright and Jennifer Grigsby are the minds behind this fun blog Cakewalk style. Make sure to check it out they have lots of tips on fashion, travel and business. Here’s the link, www.cakewalkstyle.com.
Well Gina contacted me a couple of weeks ago to take some editorial portraits of her and Jennifer. We did a really fun and classy session at Gina’s home (so beautiful). I had previously blogged about Gina’s custom jewelry, which you can find at www.charmed-circle.com. So many cute pieces, definitely worth looking at for bridal or any other type of gifts; the pieces are very unique with a very authentic design by Gina. All the pieces she is wearing are from her collection (love the bird cage).
Throughout the session I also found out that besides partnering for the Cakewalk blog, Jennifer has a really cool business named Closet-ologie (here’s the link www.closetologie.com). Closet-ologie is all about styling and giving you all the tools you need to get the best out of your wardrobe. I can definitely say that both ladies know exactly what they’re doing. They’re so fun, nice and stylish (you can definitely tell by the photos) and both definitely have lots of knowledge in their businesses.
Here are my faves of the session!
